Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Request
All booking requests are non-binding until confirmed by Casa Saranda via email.
2. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated individually after the booking request. A booking is only confirmed after payment agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations within 14 days. 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations within 7 days or no-show.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated after booking confirmation.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately.
6. House Rules
Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and local regulations. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or misuse of the property are strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
Casa Saranda is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the stay.
8. Changes
Casa Saranda reserves the right to make changes to bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an equivalent solution will be offered.
